I'm Valentyn Faychuk, founder of Faychuk SRL, an Engineer with over a decade of experience in building scalable systems and modern infra. Over the years I collected a huge arsenal of tools and know-how and am happy to share it.

Logo is a tree of life in ancient Slavs culture. It symbolizes the connection between nature and technology. The shape of the opening is two crossed Ukrainian tobacco pipes, called "Fajka". Fajka is a symbol of hospitality and friendship in Ukrainian culture.

My Technical Philosophy

I focus on the values that the business brings and truly believe that the more value it creates, the more successful it will be. This line is loudly pronounced throughout everything I do, even in my personal life.

What Drives Me

I am looking for dynamic teams where people are not afraid to take the responsibility to give each other different prospectives on the product they are working on, check idea meritocracy at Bridgewater. Being a big permissionless enthusiast, I always appreciate opportunities to work on a blockchain product, but traditional media, AI or healthcare can as well easily shake the market.

Beyond the Code

When working on a project, for me it is very important to understand the business and pick the right tools that will do the job exactly how it will bring the most value to the business.
The most challenging in my career was co-founding 2 companies, one for software outsourcing and one for delivering a secure cloud hosting. Each has its own unique perks and challenges of making the product matter and conquering competition.
